Yes id like too report on a platform that uses yall the platform is called casino hub. This is what they have did I started the account last night at first they keep telling me that yall was haveing issues after I sent my deposit trun make me get on anouther game finally they got my accoumt. So I played it and thisp morning I messeged them wanting too cashout. They keep ignoring me and then said there was a limit now. I have screen shots of the account with the money still on there 130. Well now I got back on there and they have took the money off. And blocked me from being able too message them that is so unprofessional. And is really straight stealing so what do I need todo. And if anything I think yall should cut that platform off cause that makes yall look bad plus all the other games. Please help me figure it out. Thanks

Fire links on game vault
December 18th 5:12 pm I was playing on game vault through ranger sweeps. I was playing ultimate fire links and hit the bonus for the fire balls there were 6 balls on the screen two of them were $45 one of them said $3.60 one said $1.20 one said nothing and the other said mini. It played the bonus game all the way through and at the end when it was counting the balls it just didn’t count the two that were $45 and it didn’t count the mini. This is the second time I’ve hit the mini and it paid me nothing. The first time I settled for the word glitch. I’m not settling this time. Paying me all the bonus balls except for the 2 that were $45 and the mini bonus does not seem like a glitch to me. A glitch would’ve not paid me anything

They are scamming people and not paying out the money that they win. They're keeping it for themselves. They make an excuse for not paying you. Then they freeze your account so you can't get back into it. I thought that you should know that people are Scamming people using your game.

I have played over 1000.00 today and I hit a mini jackpot and was not paid I took screen shots and sent to the person I go through to place my deposits and was told it must be a system error and was offered $5.00 free play.first picture after I hit the middle panel showed the round black circle on it . The second picture I took was when I tried to hit the home button to try to get out of the game and the third picture is the rules where I am entitled to a mini jackpot. I have been trying to receive my winnings for two different occasions where I won and was not paid the correct amount for what I had won. On one occasion it was for $1,000 win and I was only paid $10 the other occasion was a $500 win and I got paid $50 I have screenshots of the two times I am complaining about and I cannot get anyone to do anything about it.
