GadgetGone review: Phone trade in service

I sent my phone in they lowballed an offer half of what they quoted I asked for my phone back and they send me another insulting off I have asked for my phone repeatedly in many emails. My next option is to call the police and report it stolen and have my imei numbers on the phone I send blocked for theft. O have filed complaints the the bbb and the ftc and just getting started. If anyone had problems with this company I urge you to do the same to keep them from taking advantage of more people
