G F Professional Services review: Real Estate Fraud 1

Guido Fuentes of G F Professional Services in Riverside persuaded me to sign my house over to his wife so he could do a short-sale for me since I could not afford my mortgage payments. He gave me $1, 000, with a promise of $4, 000 more. I never did receive the balance. He threw myself and my three children out of the home and changed the locks. I moved from Carlsbad to Los Angeles with the help of my father. This was two years ago. The house has not been sold. Mr. Fuentes has been renting out the house and not paying the mortgage. In the meantime, he had tried to persuade me to sign papers on a Chapter 13. I could not do this as I had just completed a Chapter 7, which he knew about. I think he has forged my signature on more than one occasion. When I signed the grant deed over, there was nothing in the Document Transfer Tax line (copy attached). Sometime after Mr. Fuentes entered an amount. There is a gentleman, Mr. Bill Marti, who has been trying to help me with this and have the house signed back over to me so he can complete the short sale for me. I have attached my initial email to Mr. Marti, and it describes what happened in slightly more detail. I knowMr. Fuentes has done similar things with other people. He is committing fraud, he is a liar, and he refuses to sign the house back over to me so I can do a short sale. I have also attached a letter from another person who complainted about Mr. Fuentes.
