The calendar order number UKWBKIKYOAQQK8 was delivered at 15.44 on Thursday 18 December and was left on the doorstep in the pouring rain, the delivery driver made no attempt to ring the doorbell - we have a ring doorbell - and as it was pouring with rain and left outside the packaging and calendar have been very badly water damaged. The card board packaging disintegrated as I opened it and the pages of the calendar are stuck together and wrinkled at the bottom.
