I ordered service for FuboTV on 11/10/25 that was cancelled by them on 11/11/25 and I was told I would receive a refund. After more than two weeks and providing them with everything they asked for, I still have not received the refund. I emailed them again three days ago and haven't heard anything back from them. I have copies of the order confirmation, payment, cancellation, and all the correspondence with FuboTV. I tried to upload the documents but they are in pdf format and that is not accepted by the BBB.
