Placed a fairly large order and got a confirmation it was shipped. Fantastic, right? Wrong. Waited three weeks and nothing showed up. Took the tracking number they gave me and the tracking sight showed it leaving one center but went to another location a few blocks away. That was it. It's been 3 months. Even got this in an email,
"Order #: [protected] | Order date: Dec 31, 2024
Your package will arrive tomorrow!"
No, tracking shows it's still at the same site. Tracked via FedEx [protected]

Claimed loss: $818.87

Desired outcome: Receipt of my order.
