From initial contact to the end of the work, I was kept up to date with everything that was happening during the process. The roof replacement went well and was completed in the time expected. Same can be said with a small gutter replacement project. They'll be my first call if I need something else done that falls into their scope. They were recommended to me and I'll recommend them as well.

Business failed to come do roof inspection after I called and told them roof was leaking this went on for months so I called and said I will have someone else do job cancel lady sent someone out anyway after I told her I don't want to do business I keep getting a bill from frisby construction because she didn't listen my child and wife has asthma water dripping from ceiling so I chose to take business elsewhere for my family and self health

Love Frisby. Very professional and quick at the repairs. This is our second roof and we live it. Recently had a small leak though maybe the ridge vent. The guy came out right away determined it was a vent pipe seal broke. Not a Frisby issue but showed right wear it was so I can have fixed right away at my leisure. The husband came hime that night and repaired. We will use Frisby for more of our Home improvement needs.

The job contracted was expedited in a very timely manor. The job was a large roofing job at a 33 unit apartment building. Frisby worked with the tenants and made sure no harm came to their personal belongings and the clean up was excellent! highly recommend this company.

Great job , beginning to end, on my full roof replacement. Very professional, and not pushy. They answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Very good price. Provide very good documentation ( written quote ). I was selling my home and they accommodated my quicker need. I liked every person that I had contact with, in person, or virtually. Company exceeded my expectation. All very straightforward. Company is very organized and has nice personal philosophy of treating customers right and honestly. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing new roof without reservation. Again, great job.

Frisby was a pleasure to work with. We had a phone conference to go over the contract, which i filled out online. We were told that the roofing job would be put on the schedule for completion in the next 4 weeks [weather permitting]. I received emails informing me of the projected time and where we stood on their schedule. Within a week of contact, we were called and told the roofing materials would be delivered on a Tuesday and the roof done on Wednesday. The crew showed up at 7:00 am, unloaded their tools and went straight to work. They removed an unused fireplace insert stack and 2 wind turbine vents, and boarded up the holes. They finished the roof install in one day and did a fine job, other than a few small details , which are in the process of being resolved. I would highly recommend them for any roofing projects.

We received a detailed photographic estimate by mail that offered an excellent price. Being in the market for a new roof, we felt that we simply couldn't pass it up! All of our interactions with the employees at Frisby Roofing were positive and friendly. They kept in constant contact with us. We were able to do everything remotely (due to Covid-19) via phone and email, and were never left feeling unsure of our decision or insecure with the company. Everything was completely laid out for us-the company was very transparent in their business practices. The roofers who came to our home to complete the job were friendly and polite, and very respectful of our property. They were incredibly hard workers who left almost no trace that they'd ever been here, with the exception of the beautiful new roof, of course! We would happily recommend Frisby Roofing to our friends and neighbors!

We had a new roof installed in April. It leaked a few weeks later and they came out to fix it. It leaked again in the same spot and they sent out another contractor to look at the damage. The contractor, Ron, found the leaks and scheduled to have the roofers come back out to fix the leak. A few weeks later they came out and fixed the leak. Ron came back out to fix the drywall that was damaged from the leaks and did great. In December we had another leak from the valleys on the gables on the front of the house. Again they sent another contractor out and they fixed the leak. It leaked again. We had a different company come out to inspect the roof in an attempt to know what we were looking at before Frisby came back out to fix it again. The inspector located numerous issues including torn shingles, a hole in the EIFs/Stucco, and several nail pops and sealing issues. Today, August 17th they had another contractor come out to fix the leak. One of the workers did all the work while the other one who was much younger looked like he was doing nothing. Each time I went outside he was lounging in the truck or sitting on a large rock in our garden area. He was also recorded on an iphone cussing out some guy on his phone while our child was in the garage getting a juicebox. Now we will be waiting for them to contact us about repairing the drywall damage from this leak. I'm not sure if other have had the same experience as us but it was definitely not good.
