Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne

They keep sending me these dang warranty notices even though I done told them to stop. I get 'em like every month or so and it's gettin' real old. They said they'd take me off the list but I'm still gettin' 'em. Ain't nobody got time for that.

My girl got a notice that her car had a BIG recall that made the engine stop while driving and stall out. We had it happen twice in the last week while going over 40mph. We had to get it towed to Fred Beans Service Center in Langhorne. When we asked for a loaner because we gotta give injections to a family member with a health problem, and the next one is on Friday, the receptionist said "oh well". Who says that to someone with a sick family member? If we knew they wouldn't give us a loaner, we would have bought a car somewhere else. We need this fixed right away.

I bought my car from here but the finance dude ripped me off (maybe scammed me). I haggled a price with the sales guy but when I got to the finance guy, the price went up. He gave me a reason that didn't make sense. Plus, he said my APR was 4.5% (I have a great score and the same bank offered me less than half the APR when I called them). The finance guy said I needed to buy extra stuff like an extended warranty to get a better APR- but that's bogus because the car already has a factory warranty (which the finance guy denied) and the company they use is a scam (they don't cover anything). I messed up by still buying it even though it was a ripoff- the used car cost more than a new one. It was the worst experience ever and I'll never forget it. I just hope the car is real and lasts a while!
