Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your notice that there has been some series of fraudulent transaction carried out through which a sum of Rs.41160/-(approx) has been debited from my SBI FBB VISA Credit Card No. (4207-****-[protected]).
These transactions were happened on 05/07/2017 & 06/07/2017.
Just to bring into your notice that I have neither authorized nor participated in the above transactions. The card was in my possession at all times.
There had 208 numbers of transactions of Rs.180 made on same day Dated : 05/07/2017 & 20 numbers of transactions of Rs.180 & 2 numbers of Rs.60 made on Dated : 06/07/2017 by same Merchant GOOGLE *Octro Inc g.co/payhelp# CA.
I want a complete redressal for the same & an assurance that no such incident is repeated in the future.
