Frasers review: Poor all round

I placed an order yesterday and all items were in stock. Today out of the blue the main item in the order has been cancelled. I checked the web-site and apart putting the price up by £5, the item is still in stock.

Of course trying to get hold of their Customer Service is another ball game all together, rather a nightmare to say the least! I have spent over an hour trying to find an email address and contact number. I found the contact number relatively easily (+[protected]) and it appears to go through to a switchboard. When you select the 0 option for "something else", the only other option to knowing someone's extension number, the line just rings and then cuts out! Absolute SHOWER in my opinion and WILL NOT be using again!
