Fountain Blue Pools

I bought a new pool and when they finished installing it about 2 months ago, the boss guy met with me to discuss the things that needed fixing. They said they would call to schedule the repairs, but they never did. I already paid them in full, but now they don't care about fixing the issues caused by their workers. I paid $52000.00 for this pool and I won't fix their bad work.

We signed our contract with Fountain Blue Pools on 9/30, and they said they would start digging in the 2nd week of January . But guess what? Nothing has happened yet. No activity at all. We haven't even gotten a permit or any reassurance that they'll start building soon. It's frustrating because it's rainy season now, and we know they'll probably blame the weather for the delay. We've tried reaching out to the owner, BP, and other important people, but it's been a waste of time.

On 7/27, I signed a pool contract with Fountain Blue Pools. They finished building my pool on 4/7. But, after a few weeks, I noticed that some of the pavers were sinking. So, I started emailing and calling the construction department on 5/4. I sent them several emails asking them to fix the paver problem. On 5/20, I sent another email, and then on 7/11. Finally, on 7/12, I got a response from Fountain Blue Pools. They apologized and said that they would send someone to fix the problem that week. But, it's now 8/3, and no one has come to fix the pavers yet.

They also promised me three months of pool cleaning service, which was supposed to be done every week. However, they didn't show up to clean the pool from 5/28 to 6/15. I had to call them to remind them, and only then did they send someone to clean the pool again. I also asked them to add those missed weeks to our service schedule, but they didn't clearly communicate when the service would end.
