I recently purchased over $80 worth of paper products from Craft Direct and was disappointed with the packaging. The items were shipped in a bubble wrap envelope, which unfortunately resulted in one of my sticker sheets being bent and stuck to the inside of the envelope. I immediately contacted customer service with pictures of the damage, but it has now been two days and I have yet to receive a response regarding a replacement.

I have ordered from other online scrapbook suppliers in the past and have never experienced such poor packaging. Typically, items are shipped in a box or with a protective board inside the packaging envelope to prevent bending. Some suppliers even use ziplock bags to further protect the paper products. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my order from Craft Direct.

Despite the packaging issue, I must say that the quality of the paper products themselves was good. However, I would caution others to be aware of the potential for damage during shipping and to consider ordering from a supplier with more protective packaging measures in place.

Craft Direct is a pretty cool website for crafters. I like how easy it is to find what I'm looking for. But, there's one thing that really grinds my gears. When I hit "continue shopping" after adding something to my cart, it takes me back to the beginning of the category page. I have to scroll through all the pages again just to find where I left off. That's a real pain in the neck.

Another thing that happened to me was my UPS trailer came in late. I was really bummed out because it missed the trailer. Then UPS took it to my local post office to deliver the last leg. I live less than 2 miles from the post office, so there was no reason UPS couldn't have delivered it. This delayed my shipment by another day. I spent over $100, so waiting about 7 business days for delivery is good customer service, but I was still disappointed.

Overall, I really like Craft Direct. They have a great selection of craft supplies and their prices are pretty reasonable. I just wish they would fix the "continue shopping" issue and maybe work on their shipping methods. But, I'll still shop there again because I love crafting and they have everything I need.

I gotta say, I had some trouble with this online store. I was trying to buy some craft supplies, but my cart kept getting erased not once, not twice, but three times! And then, to make matters worse, I couldn't remember my sign in info. I had to go through all this security stuff, and it didn't even tell me to check my email! So, I called them up, and they couldn't even find my account without my password. Like, seriously? They couldn't look me up by my phone number, email, address, or name? Come on, guys!

Anyway, I finally went back to my email and saw that my order had gone through, but the website didn't even let me know. It was just a big ol' mess, and I had to jump through so many hoops just to buy some dang craft supplies. And when I called for help, they weren't much help at all.

So, if you're thinking about shopping at Craft Direct, just be prepared for some frustration and confusion. Maybe wait until next week or something, because I need a break from all this security nonsense.

I was really excited to order from Craft Direct, as I had heard great things about their selection of crafting supplies. However, my experience with their website left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

First of all, I was under the impression that I would receive free shipping on my order since it was over $49. However, when I went to check out, I noticed that the free shipping option was no longer available. I tried to figure out why this was happening, but I couldn't find any information on their website that explained it.

To make matters worse, I had a coupon code from my last order that saved me $8. When I applied the code to my current order, it seemed to override the free shipping option and I was charged $16 for shipping instead. I tried to remove the coupon code and start over, but the website wouldn't let me do that either.

After spending a lot of time trying to figure out what was going on, I decided to go ahead and place my order anyway. I needed a couple of the items before Christmas, so I didn't have much of a choice. But I have to say, I'm not sure I would order from Craft Direct again after this experience.

Overall, I think their website could use some improvement when it comes to explaining shipping options and coupon codes. It's frustrating to feel like you're getting a good deal, only to end up paying more in the end. I hope they can address these issues in the future and make the ordering process smoother for their customers.

I mean, that's what drew me to the site in the first place - I was looking for some Tim Holtz stuff and stumbled across some great deals. But even with the good prices, I'm not sure if I would bother coming back to the site if I didn't have a specific item in mind.

So, overall, I'd say my experience with Craft Direct was just okay. If they could make the site a bit more user-friendly, I'd be much more likely to shop there again. Creating an account on Craft Direct was a bit of a challenge for me. The code that you have to enter to prove that you are not a bot was really hard to read with all of the lines running through it. I had to try it three times before I finally got it right. But once I got through that hurdle, I was able to order my craft supplies.

I ordered 15 items, but when I checked my cart, it said that only 12 of them were in there. I was confused, so I removed the three items that were missing from the drop-down menu. But then, when I checked my cart again, it said that only 10 of the 12 items were in there. I was really frustrated because there was no explanation for this on the FAQ page, and I couldn't find anyone to talk to about it.

Despite this, I did receive all of my items, and they were packaged securely in a box. I was happy to see that they arrived in good condition. Overall, I think Craft Direct has a good selection of craft supplies, but they could improve their website and customer service.

So, I was browsing through Craft Direct's website and I found some really cool stuff that I wanted to buy. I added a bunch of items to my cart and decided to take a break for a bit. When I came back, I was shocked to see that everything in my cart was gone! I was so frustrated because I had spent a lot of time picking out the perfect items.

To make matters worse, the page on my phone browser automatically refreshed, which made it even more annoying. I tried refreshing the page several times later, but my items still didn't show up. I had to go back and try to remember everything I had added to my cart and add it all again. It was a real hassle!

Despite this issue, I decided to go ahead and place my order. However, after reading some reviews on Facebook, I started to get a bit anxious about whether or not I would have any issues with my order. But, I'm happy to report that everything arrived on time and in good condition.

Overall, I think Craft Direct has a great selection of products and their prices are very reasonable. However, I do wish that they would fix the issue with the page refreshing and items disappearing from the cart. It's a small thing, but it can be really frustrating for customers. Despite this, I would still recommend Craft Direct to anyone looking for quality craft supplies.

Craft Direct is a website that sells craft supplies. I had some issues with the website when I tried to place an order. There was a delay when I tried to update my shopping cart or submit my final order. It was so slow that I had to refresh the screen frequently. This was frustrating because it took a lot of time to complete my order.

Another issue I had was when I tried to add my phone number. I missed it the first time, but when I tried to add it later, the directions were not clear. I done ordered from Craft Direct before and it was easier than this time. It took at least 12 hours for me to get my order done. I called them up because I couldn't add my promo code for a discount. I soon learned that giving my order over the phone with the promo code was pointless. They told me everything had to be done on the website. I was hoping to get some help by calling, but nope, they said I was on my own. I was allowed to have discounts according to their website, but I had to pay full price. This should have been an easy fix, but nope, I had to do it all myself.

The prices are excellent, but it's too bad that everything has to be done on the website. I wish they could have helped me out over the phone. But, I guess that's just how it is these days. Overall, I still like Craft Direct and will probably order from them again. I just hope it's easier next time.

Shipping costs are quite high at Craft Direct, and I was disappointed to find that my order was shipped using the cheapest method available - FedEx SmartPost. It took a whopping 9 days for my order to arrive from Utah to Michigan, and I had to pay $12.20 for shipping and handling. To make matters worse, it took Craft Direct 21 days to even send my order out in the first place. When I initially made my purchase, the items were not listed as preorders, but they were later delayed and then labeled as such.

Despite these issues, I was pleased to receive my Sweet SugarBelle cookie cutters. However, I was disappointed to find that they had been stuffed into an envelope and were quite beaten up upon arrival. While the packaging may not have been ideal, I am happy to report that the cookie cutters themselves were able to withstand the abuse.

Overall, I am relieved to be done with this order and have no plans to use Craft Direct again in the future. While the products themselves may be of good quality, the shipping and handling process left much to be desired.
