I put in an order on May 5th, 2020 for some craft supplies from Craft Direct (craftdirect.com). It's been a long time since then, and it's now July 27th, 2020, but I still haven't gotten my order. I was pretty frustrated about it, so I called them up to cancel my order. I was hoping to get a full refund, but they only gave me a partial refund. I wasn't happy about that, so I called them back to ask why. But when I called, they sent me straight to voicemail instead of answering my call. I was pretty annoyed, so I called them back from a different number. Finally, I got through to someone who could help me. I asked them why I only got a partial refund, and they said they would process a correction. They told me it would take between 3 and 5 days to fix it. But then, the girl I was talking to just hung up on me! I couldn't believe it. I called them back again, but they sent me to voicemail once more.

Overall, I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed with Craft Direct. Their customer service is not good at all. I wouldn't recommend using them if you're looking for craft supplies.

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Craft Direct. I mean, I don't wanna be a hater or anything, but my experience with this website has been less than stellar. I've been waiting for my Cameo 4 for like, forever. Seriously, it's been over two months and still no sign of it. And it's not just me - some of my friends have been waiting just as long for their orders to be fulfilled. It's like, come on guys, what's the hold up?

Oh, and get this - I did some digging and found out that Craft Direct isn't even accredited by the Better Business Bureau. And if you check out their website, you'll see that they have a bunch of complaints against them. Not a good look, guys.

I don't know, maybe I'm just being too harsh. But when I'm spending my hard-earned money, I expect a certain level of service. And so far, Craft Direct just isn't cutting it.

So, I called up Discover to see what was goin' on, and they told me that Craft Direct was supposed to send the money back to my account as soon as they approved the transaction. I mean, I've been usin' this card for the past two weeks with no problems, so what gives? I had to use a different credit card that I didn't really wanna use just to try and complete my order. I'm hopin' it works this time, but honestly, I'm not feelin' too confident about it.

This whole ordeal has taken me and the Craft Direct employees hours to sort out, and I'm still not sure if it's gonna work out in the end. It's a real bummer, 'cause I was lookin' forward to gettin' my craft supplies. I just wish the whole process had been smoother.

The prices were also reasonable and I appreciated the free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Overall, I would recommend Craft Direct for their selection and prices, but I do hope they can improve their website to make the ordering process smoother.

I was shopping on Craft Direct's website about a week ago and boy was I disappointed. I had a cart full of items that totaled over $300, but suddenly the prices changed on me without any warning! I was so frustrated that I had to redo my entire cart and ended up going to another website to get the discounts on other products. I even called customer service to see if they could do anything about it, but unfortunately, they couldn't help me out.

In my opinion, Craft Direct should offer greater discount incentives for customers who purchase more than $150 worth of items. It would be a nice way to reward loyal customers and encourage them to keep coming back. Additionally, it would be helpful if the website provided a best guess estimate on the availability of pre-order items. Of course, there should be a warning that unexpected delays may occur, but sometimes a shopper needs to know how likely they are to receive an item so they can take advantage of discounts on the same item elsewhere if it's going to be significantly delayed.

Despite my frustrations, I will say that Craft Direct does have a great selection of products. I just wish they would be more transparent about their pricing and availability. Overall, I would recommend this website to others, but with the caveat that they should be prepared for potential surprises when it comes to pricing and availability.

The orderin' process was a real pain in the neck, let me tell ya. I musta tried to check out like a dozen times, but every time I got this dumb error message that didn't even say what was wrong. It just said "error" and left me hangin'. I was about ready to throw in the towel, but I'm a stubborn old coot, so I kept at it. Finally, I figured out that the problem was on the previous screen, but the error message didn't say nothin' about that. I had to go back and start over just to see the dang field with the little red star by it. What a mess!

Anyway, I finally got my order through and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the product. It was a bit pricey, but that's on me. I wanted it real bad, so I was willin' to pay the price. But man, that checkout process was a real headache. It's a shame, 'cause this site has some really cool stuff. I'd definitely shop here again, but I hope they fix that checkout problem soon.

What kind of operation are they running over there? I'm pretty sure I can fix the bent paper, but I'm not gonna order from them again. If they can't be bothered to put a little piece of cheap chipboard in their packaging to keep their products from getting messed up, then I can't be bothered to give them my business.

It's a real shame, too. I was hoping that Craft Direct would be my go-to spot for paper products. But, I guess I'll have to keep looking.

I ordered a pack of cardstock and some embellishment packs, but when I received my order, I found that they had sent it in a flimsy envelope with no protection for the cardstock. As a result, the cardstock was all wrinkled and unusable.

I mean, come on, they claim on their website that they're committed to providing the highest standard of service and putting a smile on their customers' faces. But my experience was anything but that! I'm definitely not smiling about the money I wasted on that wrinkled cardstock.

However, I did try another tactic and reached out to them on Facebook Messenger. After waiting for 4 days, I finally received a response. I asked for photos of the damaged cardstock and they actually did resend the items in a rigid mailer. While I'm still not confident in their service going forward, at least they did the right thing in this instance.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Craft Direct based on my experience. It's frustrating to receive damaged items and not get any response from the company. But if you do decide to order from them, I'd suggest reaching out to them on social media if you have any issues.

I gotta say, I had a bit of a tough time checking out on Craft Direct's website. At first, it told me I already had an account, which was confusing because I didn't remember making one. The availability of items on Craft Direct is really great! I was able to find everything I needed for my crafting projects. The prices are also really great, which is a big plus for me.

However, I did have a bit of an issue with my order. I ordered eight items, but one of them was out of stock/back order. I wasn't informed of this when I placed my order, and I wasn't informed of it after it was processed. My order was held because of that one item, which was a bit frustrating. I ordered on the 15th and didn't receive any updates on shipping until I called on the 19th. That's when I found out that all the items were being held because the one item would take two to six weeks to possibly be restocked. I'm just wondering why I was never sent an email about this. These items were meant to be gifts, so if I hadn't called, I might still be waiting.

The items were finally shipped out on the 19th, but only seven of them. The eighth item that was on back order ended up arriving three days before the others. I'm not sure how that happens, but at least all the items are here now. They were packaged well and are in perfect condition.

Overall, I would order from Craft Direct again simply because the availability and selection are really great. However, better communication and correspondence would be great as well. It would have been nice to receive an email about the back ordered item and any updates on shipping. Despite the issue with my order, I'm still happy with my purchase and would recommend Craft Direct to other crafters.

I recently purchased over $80 worth of paper products from Craft Direct and was disappointed with the packaging. The items were shipped in a bubble wrap envelope, which unfortunately resulted in one of my sticker sheets being bent and stuck to the inside of the envelope. I immediately contacted customer service with pictures of the damage, but it has now been two days and I have yet to receive a response regarding a replacement.

I have ordered from other online scrapbook suppliers in the past and have never experienced such poor packaging. Typically, items are shipped in a box or with a protective board inside the packaging envelope to prevent bending. Some suppliers even use ziplock bags to further protect the paper products. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my order from Craft Direct.

Despite the packaging issue, I must say that the quality of the paper products themselves was good. However, I would caution others to be aware of the potential for damage during shipping and to consider ordering from a supplier with more protective packaging measures in place.

Craft Direct is a pretty cool website for crafters. I like how easy it is to find what I'm looking for. But, there's one thing that really grinds my gears. When I hit "continue shopping" after adding something to my cart, it takes me back to the beginning of the category page. I have to scroll through all the pages again just to find where I left off. That's a real pain in the neck.

Another thing that happened to me was my UPS trailer came in late. I was really bummed out because it missed the trailer. Then UPS took it to my local post office to deliver the last leg. I live less than 2 miles from the post office, so there was no reason UPS couldn't have delivered it. This delayed my shipment by another day. I spent over $100, so waiting about 7 business days for delivery is good customer service, but I was still disappointed.

Overall, I really like Craft Direct. They have a great selection of craft supplies and their prices are pretty reasonable. I just wish they would fix the "continue shopping" issue and maybe work on their shipping methods. But, I'll still shop there again because I love crafting and they have everything I need.

Creating an account on Craft Direct was a bit of a challenge for me. The code that you have to enter to prove that you are not a bot was really hard to read with all of the lines running through it. I had to try it three times before I finally got it right. But once I got through that hurdle, I was able to order my craft supplies.

I ordered 15 items, but when I checked my cart, it said that only 12 of them were in there. I was confused, so I removed the three items that were missing from the drop-down menu. But then, when I checked my cart again, it said that only 10 of the 12 items were in there. I was really frustrated because there was no explanation for this on the FAQ page, and I couldn't find anyone to talk to about it.

I done ordered from Craft Direct before and it was easier than this time. It took at least 12 hours for me to get my order done. I called them up because I couldn't add my promo code for a discount. I soon learned that giving my order over the phone with the promo code was pointless. They told me everything had to be done on the website. I was hoping to get some help by calling, but nope, they said I was on my own. I was allowed to have discounts according to their website, but I had to pay full price. This should have been an easy fix, but nope, I had to do it all myself.

The prices are excellent, but it's too bad that everything has to be done on the website. I wish they could have helped me out over the phone. But, I guess that's just how it is these days. Overall, I still like Craft Direct and will probably order from them again. I just hope it's easier next time.

Shipping costs are quite high at Craft Direct, and I was disappointed to find that my order was shipped using the cheapest method available - FedEx SmartPost. It took a whopping 9 days for my order to arrive from Utah to Michigan, and I had to pay $12.20 for shipping and handling. To make matters worse, it took Craft Direct 21 days to even send my order out in the first place. When I initially made my purchase, the items were not listed as preorders, but they were later delayed and then labeled as such.

Despite these issues, I was pleased to receive my Sweet SugarBelle cookie cutters. However, I was disappointed to find that they had been stuffed into an envelope and were quite beaten up upon arrival. While the packaging may not have been ideal, I am happy to report that the cookie cutters themselves were able to withstand the abuse.

Overall, I am relieved to be done with this order and have no plans to use Craft Direct again in the future. While the products themselves may be of good quality, the shipping and handling process left much to be desired.
