Poor service, poor management, and a poorly designed app with no proper instructions or options when an order is delayed. My order kept getting extended repeatedly without any clear updates. I waited nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes for just 6 parathas and chai, which is completely unacceptable, especially during Sehri. To make things worse, the rider used abusive language when I asked about the delay instead of explaining the situation. He even got angry and started threatening me, which is extremely unprofessional. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Foodpanda completely ruined our Sehri. I also tried to file a complaint through the app, but there was no proper response, just a generic message blaming delays on bad weather. Overall and also don't know when they gonna refund me

You got your answer. The delay was based on the weather that they cannot control. Imagine how he feels having to work during Sehri while you get to spend it with your family. Then to blame him for the delay when he has no control over the weather.
