Food City review: unfair treatment/ manager lied on report of accident

I have just been treated very unfairly by this supermarket. while doing our weekly grocery shopping, I slipped and fell in their produce department. As witness was the produce clerk, who was putting out lettuce. he assisted me and asked me were I had hit myself, since I fell against his cart. A Lady named Sophie helped me and stood by me till my husband came to see what had happened. My husband asked for the manager, and the clerk told us he did not know were he was. meanwhile cleaning up the water spill and putting up cones, he said "so no one else would fall" Finally manager took our report all the while taking pictures of the wrong spot, I corrected him and informed him of the clean up and cones that had been put up after. My husband asked him to call first response and we were told we were better off going to urgent care. we had another witness that told the manager another lady with a child had just slipped a few min. before me, but the manager did not get her name or the other Lady's name. because he lied by omition, my medical claim was denied..Shame on you Food City..And Shame on You Daniel/Manager for lying
