I ordered an item from FOCO on December 15, 2022 and was told 3 to 7 business days to receive item ordered. It is now January 5, 2023 and I have yet to receive my order. I have attempted to contact them via email, Facebook, and phone and I am either disregarded, provided some standard Facebook message, or sent to voicemail without any return call. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but that has long passed.
The ticket number provided by FOCO is 65419.
Desired outcome: I want my purchase sent ASAP, sued, or have their BBB rating dropped significantly. All you have to do is open their Facebook account and you will see several complaints.Here is their FB information: https://www.facebook.com/FOCOUSA
