They was so quick in delivering my order within 50min. Thank you FNP for helping our relation become so stronger. I was really impressed with how fast they get my order to me. It only took them 50 minutes, which is pretty dang fast if you ask me. FNP really came through for me and helped make my relationship even stronger. I can't thank them enough for their speedy service.
Disappointing Experience with FNP.ae: Late Delivery, Incorrect Address, and Poor Customer Service
Took me like almost an hour to pick and order my stuff from fnp.ae. Finally, I added all the delivery info on the last review page and everything seemed fine, so I went ahead and made the payment. But guess what? The order confirmation pops up and it says it's gonna be delivered to some place called "Victoria" (I never even mentioned that!) and to a totally different address. I freaked out, man! I tried hitting up the whatsapp***222 at like 9.16 in the morning, but they didn't get back to me until like 3.52 PM. Finally, they gave me the right deets that I had entered. I specifically chose a delivery time between 8.00 to 10.00 AM, but they had the audacity to tell me it's gonna arrive only between 17.00 to 22.00 hours. Who knows if it's even gonna show up, right? And while I was freaking out, I tried calling their number ***676 and even the whatsapp number, but no one bothered to pick up. Like seriously, what a bummer, man! So, if you wanna ruin your day, go ahead and order from fnp.ae. But I wouldn't recommend it, just sayin'.
