I was contracted with SAFE Security for alarm service. Cost was $50.00 per month with 5 year contract. [edited], a FLUENT salesmen/agent approached my showing me that SAFE was one of the ow end rated companies. He stated that I could switch to FLUENT and that when I received my final payoff bill, I was to send it to FLUENT and FLUENT would send me a check to payoff SAFE.. I asked him 3 times about this and he repleied yes 3 times that FLUENT would pay it off. I signed up and the technician was there in about 30 minutes to change the alarm system. [edited] sent me a text message with all the information and the address to send a notice of cancellation to SAFE Securities. I finally received my final SAFE bill $2204.55. I forward the bill to the address with FLUENT that[edited] gave me. I received a first notice from FLUENT that they had the information and would look into the resolution. I later received a second notice stating that they would only send a check for $350.00. When I told them what their sales representative had stated to me, they wanted to know if he put it in writing. He did not give it to me in writing but there was another person that heard him make the statement regarding paying off the SAFE contract. I have called [edited] over 40 times, I send him text messages every day. He has not returned my calls nor answered my text messages. I have contacted a legal firm for consultation and the possibility of filing a CLASS action lawsuit.

I advise people to not deal with FLUENT. If they do, and the salesmen states something, either be recording it or make him/her give you a signed statement.

Now i'm stuck with a bill over $2000.00.

I may call SAFE and advise them as to what FLUENT's representatives are doing.

Desired outcome: I want FLUENT to pay the $2204.55 like their salesman/agent/representative said they would do. Not just $350.00 but the whole final bill. If they do not want to do that, then I want them to cancel the service with no penalties..

Worked through BBB of Utah... Fluent still hiding behind closed doors. The representative, Beerjas Bath, has not replied to over 40 voicemail messages. He does not answer his phone. I have sent over 40 text messages as directed by his message when I call his number. He has not replied to any of those 40 + text messages. I sent a letter to Fluent's legal; department, they have not replied. I even sent a letter to Mr. Graham Wood, the owner and CEO of Fluent and did not receive a reply.

Mr. Bath is a liar and a cheat. I have a witness that heard Mr. Bath make the statement that Fluent would pay the SAFE contract off when I received the final bill.

This is another way as to how Seniors get screwed over by dishonest people.

Beare in the Kingman-Northern Arizona area. If a FLUENT representative approach you to sell you a home security system, get him to sign a letter stating everything he tells you. Do Not Trust a man named Beerjas Bath. Do not trust any FLUENT representatives.
