Service on security system
My system hasn't been working properly for over a year! I've gone through the troubleshooting and 3 hour phone calls. I finally get a tech scheduled and they've CANCELED & RESCHEDULED twice! Not once have I received a confirmation call, text or email. I'm supposed to have service tomorrow 07.03.23 but have NOT received a confirmation. I'm really getting irritated, I spend almost $70/month for bad & faulty system & service. Please, whomever is in charge of end user service DO YOUR JOB!

Desired outcome: I'd like my system fixed (11 system failures).I'd like a refund of 50% ($400) of all bills in the past year, over $800 on a system I can't troubleshoot even AFTER a 3 hr phone call & 2 service tech cancellations.
Home security alarm
I was contracted with SAFE Security for alarm service. Cost was $50.00 per month with 5 year contract. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I called to cancel my alarm contract with Fluent Home Security and was advised by Scott that I have another 5 years on my contract without verifying any information of my account other than my name. Scott stated that I signed up in 07/2020 which I disputed as this was during the height of the Pandenmic which I know for a fact that I had absolutely no visitors at my home for any reason during this time. I'm quite certain it was before 2020. I advised Scott of the dubious nature of the sales call and the deceit of the salesperson impersonating that he was with my current at the time provider ADT which is fraud. I was not provided any documentation other than being told the contract would be sent to me electronically which I never received. I don't dispute signing up, which was done on the salesperson's laptop however I'm quite certain that I didn't sign up for an alarm service for 5 years! Without the original contract they can input whatever date they want. What a scam, when I requested a copy of my contract he hung up.
I will utilize all means at my disposal to hold them accountable for preying on senior citizens and stealing precious money from our fixed incomes. This is an outright crime!
I have other means to verify when I started my payments. I will also contact my bank to inform them of this fraud and seek legal advice on how to stop this extortion.
