I called the day before a delivery and placed an order. I was told, no problem, it would be delivered. I called twice the next day to check on the order and was told no worries, they deliver until 6:30. I called once more to check on the order and was told it wouldn't be delivered today, now too late to place an order with another florist. I had to contact you to find out it wasn't delivered. Ruined my birthday surprise, the customer service center really could care less. Horrible way to do business, you've lost mine.
