FlowerAura review: Scam of cheating by delivering dried flowers

Hi, I had ordered a bouquet on my sister's 50th bday, paid INR 2860. They delivered dried flowers. I wrote them emails and called them on their customer support, no solution provided. They just kept repeating that they have delivered fresh flowers. They totally messed up special day for my sister. The roses were dried, pom pom flowers had turned black. Request to take necessary action.
