Can some one help me with a department or overseer of the dor/cseu..I've read that there is a fund that they put money paid in that they label as undeliverableable?..this money will sit until you fight for it...how do we know it's there? I had income tax intercepts on my behalf..I got printouts from courtclerk the tax payments are credited off his account, but I've never received...there are check numbers for all payments I've received but none for these...They are labeled ADJUSTMENTS...when asked in 2013 we were told by dor attorney ...no tax has been intercepted as on this date...but on the print out states 10/12 adjustment for same amount as taxes...I have documents from IRS for every year that the money has been sent to csu...where is this money? How does the money he owes me get credited when I have not been paid ...I need someone to help look into this tell me what to do or how to get the money intended for my child...he was 11 back when the first check was kept $3649..we sure could of used it as I was only getting disability..i have enclosed pics showing two years..the year she stated there was none received she received two cashed one sent back other labeled fraud..thats crazy...my son is 19 in college now I think they have held them long enough...and is it creating interest? PS notice all payments have check numbers sent to me..not the adjustments..
