Well, things started off okay - they said they'd transfer me to a senior manager named David Williams (whose mobile number is ***938, by the way) who could help me find a cheaper ticket. David told me I could still fly with Asiana Airlines, but for the much lower price of $1800. Sounded too good to be true, but I was desperate to see my sister, so I went along with it.

But then things got a little weird. David told me I needed to buy a card for corporate seats at a store like Target or Walgreens before I could get the ticket. That seemed odd to me, but I decided to do as he said. Then I asked for the flight schedule to be emailed to me so I could see exactly when I'd be flying to Japan, but instead of an email, I got a text message with the flight details. The message said the flight was via Taipei, which threw me off because Asiana Airlines usually flies through the Inchon Airport. When I asked Flight Fare Deals about it, they said it was actually EVA Air and that they were sister airlines, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Well, I wasn't so sure about that, so I did some research on EVA Air flights and couldn't find any of them. I thought it was strange, so I called EVA Air to see if they could help me out. Turns out, they said direct flights from my town weren't available until the end of March and I would have to fly to Taipei via another destination, but transit in Taipei wasn't allowed at the moment. Ultimately, he ended up cursing at me and hanging up.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with how things turned out with Flight Fare Deals. I wouldn't trust them to book me a flight ever again. It's a shame that some of their staff can be so unprofessional and rude. If you're thinking about using them, I would definitely urge you to proceed with caution.
