Five Star Roofing i hired five star roofing to fix a leak around my chimney on nov 8, 2021

i hired five star roofing to fix a leak around my chimney on nov 8, 2021. i paid $3,200 and they gave me a 10 year warranty on labor and materials. but guess what? the roof still leaks! i've called them so many times and they keep saying they'll send someone to fix it, but it's been over a year and no one has come. five star roofing is just giving me the runaround. i want them to fix the problem like they promised in the contract. thanks.
