Last Saturday (January 13, 2024) I was looking at the website, no order for anything, a $2.00 charge showed up on my bank statement and today (Jan 20, 2024 it shows another charge of $49.99, this has to be taken care of without any hesitation, refund my money now, I did not order anything! The fitness group studio at the Pitt Street location is always filthy with dust, hair, and paper on the studio floor. The front desk claims the cleaners clean the studio every night but it is the same filth every day. Even after numerous requests to the front desk to have the room cleaned including providing photos, the room does not get cleaned. We put our bodies and faces on the floor for some of the exercise.
