I had to reach out to Fitness SF Fillmore and ask 'em to give me a refund for December and the rest of my swimmin' classes. Plus, I wanted 'em to cancel my subscription. But guess what? The general manager didn't get back to me until a whole week later. And when they finally did, all they did was make excuses for why my instructor didn't contact me and said they wouldn't give me the refund I rightly deserve. That ain't right, ya know? It goes against the membership contract. This company should be reported to the ComplaintsBoard.com for pullin' this kinda stuff. If they can't provide the services, they should give me my money back.

I told him that I would only be in town for four months, and he said it would be better to pay for the whole year upfront to get a lower monthly rate. He also said that I would get a refund for the remaining months if I canceled. So, I agreed and signed the yearly membership agreement, even though it had a no cancellation clause, because I thought I would still get my money back. But when I tried to cancel, he denied ever having that conversation and was really rude to me on the phone. I know I can't legally get a refund because I signed the contract, but I want to let people know about this deceptive practice by sharing my experience with the public and the ComplaintsBoard.com.
