This company was charging myself and husband for rent after we moved out of the house...They charged us from May to September, Charging us 1945.00 for month to month bringing the total to 10,240 dollars...We tried to reach out to property Manger Ashely Roberson here in Richardson, Texas...She never returned phone calls or emails. We was going through and eviction process when the lease was up...So we didn't know what to do after City of Dallas paid back rent...We called they offices in Georgia no response left messages no calls backs no emails or nothing..We didn't know we had a balance left over after back was paid...We was closed out of rent Cafe so we didn't have access to anything...After speaking with Brandy Williams located in Marietta, GA she refused to lower the 10 thousand...They want us to pay rent when we moved out May of 2022. So now we have them on our credit report that shows we owe 10 thousand dollars...I'm currently disputing with Credit bureaus as well as emailing the Brandy lady who refuses to respond back to my email...She responded to my husband saying she's willing to drop from 10 thousand to 6 thousand...No more like drop to 2,333.86 cents cause that's the balanced owed after Dallas paid back rent...Please be careful when renting with this company. Lack of communication, don't respond to emails in a timely manner. I'm looming into getting a lawyer because this is causing us not to rent from other places.
