My name is Gerald Leander, biological son of Mr Winston John Patrick Gardner who passed on 01 July 2021 due to COVID 19.This is the first time that I had learned that i am a recipient of 25% of his will.
I needed to verify myself through Identification and banking detail. In March 2026 i had received a cash receipt which state R8K ,ALSO received and L&D document stating i must get R93k
value of estate R977k, Liabilities R608 k leaving R369k for distibution. fnb also paid unknown persons more then R10K which according to me is unlawful.
R50k were kept in retention, for future debts, but nobody can tell me untill when it will be kept.
executor also apply for bridging loans which cannot be explained.

Desired outcome: Investigation into the matter.PAJA and possible legal proceedingslife style audits in all involvedRectification of cash receipt to the correct amount, I do not accept the R8k
