I had an account go to collections in 2019. This event was covered by my insurance and shouldn't be listed on my credit report. The account ends in ***.

On December 10th we payed off the hole loan. Now we gettin' a letter tellin' us the payment is due on the 1st of January. We got a reciept in the app sayin' it's paid. This is real dishonest.

2 bills were paid to Riverwood Emergency Services. Collection accounts need immediate removal from my credit report. Payments were cleared on 8/20 to original creditor for the amounts of $212.60 and $307.65. Immediate removal of collection account is required.

I ain't responsible for this debt with THE TOLEDO ***. and don't got no contract with FINANCE SYSTEM OF TOLEDO, INC. They didn't give me the original application like I asked and done violated my rights. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 (a) says I got a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 (a) section (2), (A): It also says a consumer reporting agency can't give out an account without my written instructions.

I want Finance Systems of Toledo to delete a paid-in-full collection from my credit report. They got a collection of $66 from Finance Systems of Toledo, reporting to my Equifax credit file, for Metco Medical Emergency Treatment when I went to St. Luke's Hospital in 2019. They opened the collection on July 23, and I paid it all on December 18. I want them to mark it as paid in full and delete it from my credit report.

I've been trying to get this agency to take off the accounts from my credit report for a while now. I've contacted them multiple times and offered to pay what I owe in return for removing the debts from my report. They keep telling me they can't do it, but I've seen them do it for others. If you check out the other complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com, you'll see that they have definitely removed accounts from reports for other folks. I genuinely want to settle these debts and have them wiped off my report.

I got 3 collections on my credit report that I don't remember and think they're fraud. They were reported on 12-05-2017 for $228, [protected] for $348, and [protected] for $990. I already tried disputing several times and called *** who sent me to a collector called Finance System Toledo LLC. I went to my local hospital where they said the medical collections were based out of or from, and they couldn't find the supposed "debt" or so-called "loan". I asked for these 3 collections to be deleted from my credit file right away because they caused 3 derogatory marks on my credit report.

Finance Systems of Toledo called me to collect a debt. They didn't ask for any identification, but the representative still gave out my full social security number and date of birth. I complained about this and even considered taking them to court, but I eventually dropped the case. I ended up paying the debt to the original creditor, but they had promised to remove it from my credit report, which they didn't do. If this matter isn't resolved, I might have to take legal action again to fix this problem.

So, I got a call from this Debt Collector person named ***. They called me around 3:30 pm in 2021 and told me about my debt. Then, they had the nerve to ask me why I found it funny. It's not like I owe them money or anything. It's a tough time right now with the whole pandemic going on. I got pretty mad and started swearing at them because I couldn't believe how rude they were being. I asked them why they were being so mean and told them I didn't appreciate the harassment. It's just not right, you know? People are dying and losing their jobs, and this *** person couldn't even show a little empathy or compassion.

On 12/01, Finance System of Toledo opened an account for $1,193 using my social security number without asking me. I never gave them permission to use my social security number for credit. Also, Finance System of Toledo is telling one of my credit reports (***) about this account without asking me. They broke a lot of laws in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I have some documents that prove all the violations they did. I also have an invoice for Finance System of Toledo to pay me for each violation in the documents called "Exhibit A." Lastly, I want this company to prove that I owe this money and stop talking to me and the credit bureaus about it.

On 07/01, Finance System of Toledo opened an account for $772 using my social security number without my permission. They never asked me for my social security number in exchange for credit. What's worse, Finance System of Toledo is telling all three of my credit reports about this account without asking me first. They broke a bunch of laws from the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I got some papers that prove all the ways they broke the law. I even sent them a bill to pay me for each law they broke, which you can see in the papers I attached. I also told them to prove that I owe this money and to stop talking to me and the credit bureaus about it.
