Very disappointing experience. We purchased tickets through Fever and were turned away at the show in front of a crowd. I had one adult and two children, with my daughter just under the age requirement, yet there was no flexibility and no refund offered.
Over $100 wasted, plus the cost of fuel after a long journey. The kids were extremely upset. Staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no understanding of the situation.
What kind of business refuses a refund to a family in this situation? Zero care factor. A total rip-off. I would highly suggest missing this.
