Fever – Poor security at the venue, poor customer service, 0 disabled policies

Attended a popular venue in the UK, no security within the actual hall. Customers drunk, loud and some inappropriate behaviour.
Asked if the could quieten down, was verbally abused and treated with violence.
Left early to avoid being assaulted, reported to security outside.
Reported to Fever, they have no interest and just thanks for the feedback despite registering a complaint.
We didn't see the show we paid for, yet Fever aren't bothered by that.
