Fever review: Be cautious booking with Fever

Be very cautious when booking with Fever – there is absolutely no flexibility.
I spent nearly an hour online with Fever trying to add an extra ticket to an existing booking. They refused to add a ticket and didn’t offer single-ticket options. Fever suggested I cancel the original tickets and rebook. They missed that I had a discount when I bought the tickets, and after I had cancelled and repurchased—and realized they hadn’t honoured the original discount—they refused to honour it. Their approach was completely inflexible and unreasonable. Double-check everything before you book, because once you do, there’s no room for adjustments.
