I purchased tickets for a show that was rained out and got refunded. I then repurchased tickets for a different show a couple weeks later. I purchased them and somehow the date changed to the show on Friday instead of Saturday. I contacted fever several times and the refused to change my unused tickets to the following show. I don't know how this happened as I always thought I booked for Saturday's show

Desired outcome: I would like Fever to change my tickets to the Saturday event so I can have my family night as planned.
