I am writing this review to warn other customers about my experience with Fever / OFFLIMITS Festival regarding a failed refund process for Ticket ID: 121310960.
I purchased tickets for the Shakira concert scheduled for April 4. Due to war-related disruptions, our flights were cancelled and shortly afterwards the event itself was postponed/cancelled. Following the announcement, customers were explicitly instructed to submit refund requests within 10 days through an official form. I complied with this requirement fully and submitted my refund request on time. I also have screenshots confirming my submission.
Since then, my experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Despite multiple follow-up emails over several weeks, I either received no response at all or only generic copy-paste messages that completely ignored the details of my case.
Instead of properly reviewing submitted refund requests, the company hides behind “Terms & Conditions” while completely disregarding the fact that they themselves created a specific refund request process. If a refund form is officially provided and submitted correctly, it is reasonable to expect that it will actually be reviewed and processed fairly. In my case, this did not happen.
What makes the situation worse is the lack of accountability and communication. There is no proper customer support, no real escalation path, and no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue.
Additionally, I purchased the ticket for a specific date (April 4). The event was later moved to a new date that I cannot attend. Despite this, no refund option is being offered, effectively forcing customers to accept changes they did not agree to.
From my experience, this process feels misleading and highly unprofessional. Customers are guided into submitting refund requests, only to have them ignored or rejected without proper review.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing tickets through this platform.
