My sectional couch was split into multiple deliveries, because the shipper claimed it was too large for one delivery. 3 boxes were delivered and most of the sectional arrived. However, none of the backs came with the couch.
So i'm missing all backs and 3 pillows. I have spoken with customer service several times, an asian lady has promised to look into it, investigate, never heard back so I started all over again... Happened to get the same lady? She promised to ship out the parts I was missing, I kept checking my email for an update when I finally saw one the email stated that they needed a picture of the couch. When I tried to upload it, their email wouldn't allow it. The picture submission icon was frozen still? Next thing you know I received an email the next day saying my case was denied? Wt_. Take care of this immediately

Desired outcome: Please send the backs and pillows or I demand a refund. I spend way too much money with you for this kind of treatment
