It takes quite a bit to upset me or for me to spend my time writing a negative review…
But after over 2 weeks of being delayed and jerked around by a man named Ivan and staff there-here it is:
I left a deposit for IVF treatment and decided not to proceed with their clinic after they didn’t get back to us in time to begin medical procedures.
They make a bunch of commitments, however, fail to follow through.
The bottom line is after 2 weeks of negotiations they have offered only 70% of the money deposited with no services rendered. Is this good business practice? I think not. They further exacerbated the issue by trying to delay payment for 2-3 weeks.
This is absolutely absurd. I’m having to contact PROFEC Mexico (I encourage you to as well if you have complaints), challenge the dispute with my credit card company and am writing this review. I can’t speak poorly of the quality of treatment you receive at the clinic with the doctors but with regard to finances I would urge you to be careful.
