FDC Management Los Arbolitos Apts HB review: Lack of Security 1

THIS APARTMENT MANAGER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BELONGING OR SAFETY!

CARS/VEHICLES, AND BYCYCLES, EVEN DAY APARTMENT ROBBERIES ARE HAPPENING HERE, AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO WARN YOU, NOR ANYTHING TO PROTECT YOU.

I have lived here for 3-years, the first was just ok with current management of the property. Yr2 our bicycles and other neighbor bicycles were stolen every week on-through the whole summer and management did nothing to detour it. We have no security here, even thou during your review and at signing of the lease they state they have "onsite security". Regardless of thefts, i asked them to send out a notice like they did for everything else, and nothing.

I had a vehicle stolen here, my neighbor had a vehicle stolen here 3-weeks after mine, and now there is another in the same building had a motorcycle stolen. What about you? if anything has happened please report it to the HB police department and to both the onsite management [protected]-which will probably do no good, and call to FDC Management - Lisa Haslam [protected] and let them know how you feel.

I was told by FDC that at their other properties where they have security and gated parking there was actually more thefts, sounds like BS to me.
