They acknowledged via email the package arrived damaged even before they had the opportunity to unpack it and kept the medical supplies to resell it anyway. I am unable to process a claim due to their failure to obtain shipping insurance for such costly medical supplies. Per USPS they are responsible to have fulfilled their obligation to pay as agreed upon. Since you purchased the shipping services, and now claim the box has a crease. It was shipped originally in mint condition. They stole the merchandise. As they keep stealing from other customers that have reported so. It’s a FELONY

Recommendation: Do not sell your diabetes supplies to Fast Cash Strips as they will steal them
