I was involved in an accident on June 8th 2026. The driver at fault hired Farah and Farah. Farah and Farah placed a repair hold on my vehicle to gain evidence. Since this time they have asked my Insurance Adjuster for pictures. My Insurance Adjuster sent the pictures as well as a determination letter of fault.
My insurance company stopped paying for my rental after 30 days.
It has been 44 days since my vehicle has been in repair and Farah and Farah is not giving any answers. To me this is an abuse against the little person and they are a huge firm. Please help or advise. I am sure I am not the only person being abused in this way.

That is a deliberate power play by a big firm banking on you giving up. Time to flip the script. First, call your insurance adjuster and formally request in writing that they reopen your rental coverage due to the opposing counsel's hold, and ask them to intervene with Farah & Farah directly. Second, send a certified letter to Farah & Farah's managing partner demanding they release the hold within 5 business days or you will file a grievance with The Florida Bar (ACAP hotline: 866-352-0707) for bad faith delay tactics that are prejudicing your property rights. Third, document every single day of lost rental and keep all receipts, because you can sue the at-fault driver directly in small claims for those costs. Do not wait for them to be nice. Force their hand with deadlines and official complaints.
