I mean, seriously? Who are they? I've never even heard of them before! It's like they're playing some kind of internet fraud game or something. I tried reaching out to them again, but they won't respond. Can you believe the nerve? It's so frustrating! I just want to know what's going on with my order. Is that too much to ask?

Their sizing guides will mislead you, and their customer service is awful. I mean, seriously, it's like they don't even care about helping you out. And get this, their refund policy says you gotta pay to ship the item back! Like, what a rip-off, right? And on top of that, they charge you a whopping 20% restocking fee. Can you believe it? So not only will their size guide give you the totally wrong size, but they won't even bother exchanging or returning it without taking your hard-earned cash. It's just plain unfair.

And let me tell you about their customer service. When I emailed them the screenshots of their website, the listing, and the sizing guides, they were just downright rude. I mean, come on, I'm just trying to show them the evidence, and they treat me like I'm the bad guy. It's like they don't wanna admit their mistakes or something. It's so frustrating.

Instead, it was made of a thin, velvety material that felt cheap and low-quality. The logos were poorly sewn on, and even the tag looked suspiciously fake, like a knockoff version.

What's even more amusing is that they had the audacity to post a picture claiming it was a legitimate Sesame Street costume and not a counterfeit. But let me tell you, it's exactly that - a counterfeit costume! It's quite ironic, isn't it?

When I reached out to their customer service via email, they simply sent me a link that supposedly showed I had agreed to their terms. The link contained information about five different things, but it was of no help at all. Their customer service was anything but helpful. From what I gathered, it seems that if I want to return the costume, I have to pay for the shipping myself, and they will even keep 20% of the original cost. And that's only if the costume is still in stock! It's a complete scam, I tell you!

Overall, my experience with Fancydress.com has been incredibly disappointing. The misleading advertisement, the poor quality of the costume, and the unhelpful customer service all point to a company that is not to be trusted. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. Save your money and find a more reliable and reputable source for your costume needs.
