I have been waiting awhile for my order and I have asked many questions through email about why my tracking number cannot be found. I have email another day asking about a date I would receive it. I finally got an email from Peter saying the number just hasn’t updated after days and that I’ll get the order in a few days. It’s still been days after that email. I emailed again asking for a refund as I have not gotten it in time and now the email is saying it no longer exists as well as the number on the site is not reachable. Luckily payment went through pay pal and they are helping me issue a refund. Do NOT order from here as it seems like a scam.

I was really let down by Buy-Cosplay. I spent a lot of money on a costume and even paid extra for express delivery. But when it finally arrived, it was way later than expected and to make matters worse, it was broken! I had never even worn the outfit before and when I tried to contact them about it, they completely ignored me. Then, when I finally got a response, they accused me of lying! I wouldn't recommend using this site at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I recently purchased the assassin-s-creed-unity-arno-victor costume from Buy-Cosplay and I have to say, I was disappointed with the quality. When I received the costume, there were parts missing and the fabrics used were not the same as what was shown in the image. To make matters worse, the color was also different.

I was really looking forward to wearing this costume for Halloween, but unfortunately it was not up to my expectations. I even tried to contact customer service to see if they could help me with the missing parts, but I didn't receive a response.

The top half of the costume was even worse - it was at least two sizes too big. And to top it off, a button fell off as soon as I tried it on.
