I placed a order with eagle saver sending in box of dvd tapes on dec 8th 2020 I have not heard from them by email or phone as tried contacting them multiple times.. Very unhappy about the service or response times back to me.. Its not the amount of money am concerned about, but that they should get back to customer in timely fashion if possible.. Please look into this issue for me! Thanks, robert
Terrible experience
I wanted to get rid of my huge DVD collection so I went online and found EagleSaver. I contacted customer service and they said that I can send everything to them and will get some money for my DVDs. Seemed like a great deal.
So I sent my DVDs and later they contacted me and said that most of my DVDs were in bad condition and told that they will return them to me. Waited weeks and nothing showed up! Where are my discs? I want them back!
These people claim they sent them a long time ago but I bet they are lying!
