I'll go straight to the main point first!
You guys go to https://falou.helpcenter.io/en or here https://falou.app/ or even here https://falou.com/about-us and try to find a Company Address, especially Email, Phone Contact, Chat Box, Support Ticket Box, Social Network Pages/Channels... Yaaaaaa, there is NOTHING there!
You can also seriously and directly find those stuffs on the Falou app, and ya, there is also NOTHING there!
You can even search those stuffs on Google... to then say DAMN, this is a virtual ghost truly!
My friend tried sending an email to help@moymer.com (found this email on https://www.complaintsboard.com/falou-fast-language-learning-b149680), but over a week, there has been NONE response from Falou)
This complaint doesn't deeply dig into function, lessons, designs, etc., BUT just look at the aspect of Support, and you will see this app is probably such a SCAM without any real company, or Support channel (except for just 14 FAQs with the extreme short answer provided on their website).
