They messed up my furnitures. Not professional, not ready, not clean, worst company ever.

I gave Mary a 50.00 deposit to hold my spot for moving, but she didn't tell me it was non-refundable. I wouldn't have put a deposit down if I knew that. Reputable companies don't do that. I called on Monday to cancel my move and get my money back, but they said no. They didn't tell me the truth. Don't use this company. They're not honest. I had to cancel my credit card because I was worried they would take more money from me. They're taking advantage of people during this difficult time of coronavirus.

I gave Mary $75 for a deposit, but the fine print said $50. I'm selling my house and moving 5 miles away. The buyers asked for an extra day due to loan issues. I called Mary to change the date, but she said they were booked and wouldn't give me a refund. I haven't even moved yet, and I already hate this company. I see a lot of people complaining about Mary, so it seems like she always steals people's money without doing any work. I won't recommend or use this company again.

They said they would come between 9 am to 11 am, but they didn't show up until 4 pm. They didn't even call to explain why they were late. We had to call the office multiple times to find out what was going on, and every time we called, Mike would say, "they're on their way." During the move, they broke our sofa, bed, desks, chairs, and fridge. They didn't seem to care about anything and just threw everything into the truck. We've been trying to contact them for months to get this resolved, but they don't answer. They claim to have insurance, but they're not taking responsibility for their mistakes. I think this company is a scam. Their service is terrible, and their customer service is even worse.

Don't use this moving company, guys. I went with them even though their ComplaintsBoard.com rating was diff from their site. They said it would be $900 but after I gave them a list of my stuff and asked 3 times, they said 4.5 hours was enough. The guy was slow and came late. They wanted payment up front but I said no. They didn't bring any materials so I had to give them shrink wrap. After 4.5 hours, I called the manager who said his guys were doing fine. They left 3 boxes and lost my bolts and screws. They took 3 more hours to find them and said they'd come back but didn't. They charged me $1250 without asking and said they were doing me a favor. Mike offered to hire an assembly company but I fixed everything myself and asked for a refund which I still haven't gotten. They hire 1099 workers who don't care. Beware.

ez moving services llc broke my 72 inch tv during transit and they ain't paying me back for the damages.

On Oct 22, 2020, I hired EZ moving services to help me move into my new crib. The movers that came were pretty careless with my stuff when loading and unloading. They broke a bookcase, the wheels off of my deep freezer, and scratched my kitchen tile while moving the deep freezer without its wheels. I've been trying to put in a claim with the company ever since, but they keep giving me the run around.

I had a bad experience with EZ Moving Services LLC. My furniture got messed up and the workers were not professional. They took off their shirts and sweat all over my white linen furniture from Ethan Allen. It got torn and stained. They even broke a mirror and didn't seem to care. When I tried to contact them about it, they didn't answer my calls or emails. It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them. I want to be compensated for the damage they caused.

So, on Monday, December 6, EZ Moving Services LLC's truck hit my mailbox while they were moving a family across the street from my place. I talked to one of their guys and showed him the damage. He said he didn't remember hitting it. I called EZ Moving Services LLC and told them what happened. The person on the phone asked me to send pictures, which I did. He already knew about it because the driver called him. But, I haven't heard back from them. I wouldn't suggest this moving company to anyone.

The movers were arguing with each other while they were at my house. They told me that they would wrap everything up, but then they gave me a contract to sign that said I didn't want the wrapping. It was the worst moving experience I've ever had. I was so stressed out that I thought the movers were going to start fighting each other. When we got to my new place, I told them that I didn't want any damage to my furniture and that they needed to wrap it up. They gave me a contract to sign, and I signed it because I was so stressed out. But the contract said that I didn't want the wrapping, even though I had already told them that I did. They did wrap up most of my furniture, but some of it still got badly damaged. They were very unprofessional and caused me a lot of stress. They didn't even refund my money for the damage they caused.

I hired EZ Moving Services LLC to help me move. At the end of the job, their worker took cash payment from me and charged my credit card. I paid twice! I looked around and decided to give EZ Movers a chance based on their quote. Their driver, Jermaine, told me that he would "stop the clock" once we got to the new place and I could just pay him in cash for the remainder of the bill plus tips. I had already paid his company $50 deposit plus another $254 on my debit card. So at the end of the job, I gave Jermaine $300 cash including $100 tip for the two of them. I thought my bill was paid in full but his company charged my card again for another $150! I tried to complain to their management that their employees are lying and ripping people off but they just don't care and started to avoid taking my calls. So in essence, they double charged me.

They didn't move anything in my house. I asked them to leave because they didn't wear masks and had a bad attitude. I talked to the boss, Candence, and told her what I needed to move. She said they could do it. The movers came, but there was no paperwork to sign. They said they don't use paperwork. They didn't wear masks and couldn't move my 60" TV. They also didn't have the tools to take apart my bed frame. They complained the whole time and said everything looked too heavy. I told them to leave. One of them wanted to argue with me on my lawn, but I told them to leave or I'd call the cops. I had to hire another moving company, 2 Men and a Truck, who were great. I called EZ Moving Services LLC many times for a refund, but they put me on hold. I left a review on Google, but they said they called me many times, which is a lie. If they did call, why didn't they leave a message? I want a refund, but they won't give it to me. These people are terrible and con artists. I never signed a contract or anything. This is fraud.

Bad business practices and terrible customer service. We paid $50 for a deposit for a time window of 12pm-4pm on the day of our move. They told us the move would cost $299 for the first 2 hours and $109/hr after billed in half-hour increments. We didn't know until after 4 pm that the movers were running late. At 5 pm, they told us they wouldn't arrive until between 7 pm-8:30 pm and tried to reschedule for the next day! We had no way to sleep/live that night as we were waiting in our new home. They agreed to have them still come and said they would send a 3rd mover to help speed things up to make up for it. When the movers arrived, they told me they were now charging us $299 for 1.5 hours and $129/hr after since we had 3 people. I spoke with Mike and told him what our deal was, and he agreed to $299 for 2 hours and $109/hr after that. The movers damaged several of our items, including almost destroying a bookcase and damaging a dresser and breaking a lightbulb. They also refused to take apart our bed frames and put them back together, which they said they would do. In the end, I paid for 2.5 hours of work where I HAD TO HELP THE MOVERS. I wouldn't use them again.

I hired EZ moving services to move me from my current home to a second home which was only located about 8 houses down from my current home. I called their sales department and a lady gave me a quote of $825 with a $75 deposit. She asked me how many bedrooms I had and advised me that it could be completed within 5 hours. When the movers showed up they had a crew leader that was in charge and before doing anything he advised me that him and his crew would require a $100 tip each because I had too much furniture and other items. We ended having a heated argument and I told him that the only thing I am required to pay is what I was quoted. The actual problem here is they stole from me. I had about 20-25 boxes lined up against a wall in my garage and I asked them to include those. I saw them moving the boxes and loading them on the truck. I later decided to check the boxes at my new location and a brand new cement mixer that I purchased from Northern Tool was missing. This item was brand new and had never been open. I am 100% sure it was there before they started moving my items. At some point during loading my things on the truck they advised me that they needed to take a lunch break and left for about 2 hours with many of my things loaded on the truck. I am guessing that is when my cement mixer went missing. I have filed a police report as well as their company and they said they were investigating it and would call me back. that has been about 2 weeks ago but no one has called.

This company was a total disaster! They were supposed to move us on March 27th between 9-12pm, but they didn't show up until after 6pm! The movers were slow, disorganized, and complained the whole time. They didn't protect any of our furniture with blankets and took constant breaks. It took them over 3 hours to pack everything into the old apartment and they didn't arrive at the new address until 11pm. They even blocked traffic on a busy one-way street and demanded to see the new apartment before they would start unloading. We were charged over $800 for a move that should have taken 2 hours and ended up taking over 24 hours because of their negligence. Every single piece of furniture has scratches and boxes of glassware were completely broken. I shouldn't have to pay a cent over what was agreed in our original contract and I shouldn't have to pay anything at all with all the damage they caused. Stay away from this company!

The movr wuz real slow. Sum furnitur items got messed up and my apartment got damaged. They didn't use no protective gear, even with COVID-19 goin' on. They put a bag on the cart and then put a box on top, which made it fall over. My tray got messed up, my sofa leg got cracked, and my frames got scratched. They didn't use no blankets to move the TV and everything was on the gravel. They left before me and I got blocked in by a neighbor, so I was worried they would be waitin' too long. When they finally got there, they asked me to help them but I had to leave for business. They finished without me but put everything in a mess. It only took 4 hours to move 12 boxes, 2 mattresses, 2 sofas, a TV, 4 bags, posters, and a rug. I called their office but haven't heard back. I called again but still no resolution.

I had a voucher for my move with EZ Moving Services LLC, but the workers said it wasn't valid for Fridays. They offered to finish the job under the table for $120 instead of the $189 they said their boss wanted. I felt trapped and had to go to the bank to get the money. They finished the job, but I never got my deposit back from the company and found an EZ Moving employee T Shirt in one of my boxes. It was a weird and unsanitary experience, and I won't use them again. The workers were on the phone the whole time and seemed to be taking advantage of us. I wonder if the company or boss knew what was going on.
