Extended Stay America review: negligent secruity - hotel opens and let thief into my room as he was tall and black

this happened 14th September 2011 and I want to ensure it never happens again.

And the billion dollar company who owns the hotel chain _ DO NOT CARE

I am still in shock --- That the hotel gave a thief assess into my room just because he is tall and black.

I arrived not even 5 mins later back to my room from my morning swim.

The Miami Springs detective and police officer who attended processed the room told me if I arrived when he was still there that they have no doubt that I would have been killed and the hotel.

The hotel did not show common decency, I was basically crying for 4 hrs as all USA money was stolen with credit cards and rings-- all had been hidden well, The hotel didn't even offer me a cuppa, and have ofered me nothing since only harassed for money when they have not even been willing to compensate me for what was stolen not alone the cruel abuse harassment received from the General Manager.
