Extended Stay America review: the service desk and condition of the room

Upon arrival I had to wait about 25- 30 minutes for the receptionist to come to the front desk due to her not being inside the building. As I walked to the elevator the hallway smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Which made the receptionist come out and spray air freshener. Then while in the room the bathroom toliet was not working properly, the sheets look like someone sleep on them before, I have pictures and videos. It also looked like the room was not cleaned thoroughly because when I dropped my keys I saw a lipstick and stocking on the floor. Also the air conditioner was making a noise like it needs to be repaired. I am very disappointed with the stay here and feel that it was a waste of my money.
