Hi, This is SHASHIPIKU, EVONY user id [protected] . I have been playing this game for about 1 year. so far I didin't have much complaint about this game but i could not take it longer. Player named "BadToughGood" user id [protected] has gone rogue. He has been acting mad and started hitting tiles out of SvS time.

todya only he hit my troops twice (Dated [protected]:10:22) while i was collecting resources. To my information and knowledge, tile hitting outside SvS is not allowed in Evony. he cost me 100M each rss, 95 days of healing speed ups and 50K gems to repair my seizes. when i asked him for compensation he simply refused and said he is KOS and he can hit anyone anytime.

There are so many players spending lots of money in this game. These kinds of attitude of player like him will create disharmony in the game. There might be some players with weak heart who cannot take the loss, might react abruptly and take uneventful actions. for example going into Depression or self-harming works.

In addition, i want my refund from him.

Hello all, I have been playing the game Evony the King's Return now for a few months, and today I attempted to make an in game purchase for $99.99, but it was interrupted by my bank's fraud prevention department, and did n ot go through properly, but the money was still taken from my bank account as if the purchase did go through...

I have been trying to reach them to resolve the issue, but they appear to be impossible to contact in any way. Even the phone number listed is nothing but a continuous Busy Signal. I have been able to find no other contact methods anywhere, no chat options, no Email, and not even a Facebook or twitter page to contact these people.

I am terribly dissatisfied with the extremely buggy nature of the game as a whole, and their in game purchase system is a complete joke. They take your money, give you nothing in return, then just hide away hoping you will get over it, and let them have the money they stole.

I even tried putting a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau, but they could not get ahold of them either, and returned my complaint unanswered. These people are ghosts I swear to you, they only exist to take your money, then they vanish. Poof .

Take care if you deal with them, they are sneaky, and somewhat diabolical!

Game disconnected, someone logged in your account

On 6th of March , I lost my game , which is linked with my gmail, if I open the game I am getting a new game level 1 , I am trying alot to get back my old account , I am not getting back , from 4 days I am waiting still not recovered my problem , server -628 , I'd - [protected] , name - @[protected]@ , keep lv 30 .

Happened in November, server wide glitch that caused many to be wiped (happened at the end of SVS). Screenshots and all information was provided, barely any responses.

Finally January 6th, “Eric” responded via email, wanted to know what compensation should be and they would credit it to me.

It’s now March, and no reply, even when I message them weekly for updates. Started new ticket yesterday and got immediate answer, until I showed them screenshots and stated if compensation wasn’t provided, I would be initiating chargebacks.

They will be losing my thousands I’ve spent, and more that I would have. Customer service is a joke.

I recently participated in the Huns Invasion event. At the end of the activity all wounded troops are supposed to be healed. I ended with over 1,140,149 troops wounded and customer service just keeps saying to restart the app. I have already restarted, rebooted the phone and deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing has helped so far. I have opened 3 customer service tickets in the app which all have been handled with the statement to restart the app.

I have spent a lot money on the game. I get no solutions and a late response. Of my own ignorance I did not link my account out of fear of hacking issue. I lost my phone and have reached out to support to ask for help. I have received no response. The tread says they can help but I need to reach them to get back in. My account is vulnerable. Please help!

Hello. On server 651 there is a user named SirCheeksBeats. He has been sexually harassing women on our server 651 including myself and bullying myself and others on this server every since I've started (6months aprox) I've wanted to quit over 3 times but due to the amount of time and money spent I didn't want to lose out on a great game great server and even better friends in alliance. Please help us! He doesn't follow NAP rules and burns everyone (women or smaller male accounts) he sees won't give him attention on world chat.

Last Dec. 12, 2021, I renewed my truce agreement a little before 12 midnight, 2 hours before my truce agreement expired in server 83. I received an in-game notification of the renewal. When I logged on the next morning, I lost 3 million troops, 3 epic sub cities. The game failed to renew my truce agreement as it should. The mail announcement was gone. It happened again in server 929 last Feb. 15. I renewed my truce agreement 30 minutes before it expired. I got a mail announcement of the truce renewal. When I logged in the next day, the truce agreement dropped, I was attacked, lost all my troops, 2 blue sub cities, and 1 purple sub city.

The king/queen of Server 858 has made it a rule that if you’re not bubbled, his/her people will go and wipe out your entire kingdom. It's really frustrating, especially when a lot of us do still live very busy lives and often forget to turn on the truce agreements. I’ve been attacked at least three times by now for not being bubbled, all because I’ve been leading a very busy life and don’t take time to bubble.

Essentially, by now they’re making this free to play game more of a pay to win by basically trying to force players to get the 7 day truce agreement. The king is instilling fear within their players and overall forcing them to continue playing, because each time they catch you unbubbled for so much as five seconds, the king calls their stronger players from their alliance and royalty lineup to destroy any kingdom that doesn’t have a truce agreement active.

Hello, i can not do anything in the game at the moment. After the last update and new Evony day recharged. Can not see the field outside the castle. Can not play in the castle. Can not use the chat. I am using android app if that matters.

The game failed to renew my truce agreement last Feb 14, 2022 30 minutes before the old one expired despite receiving a mail stating renewal. As a result, I lost 3 sub cities and all my troops wiped out. Worse, the mail about my renewal of truce agreement disappeared from my in-game mail. It was not the first time it happened. I had a similar incidence on Dec 13 in another server. I lost 3 gold sub cities as a result. The customer support asked for battle reports which the game also deleted. The game deleted all my proofs so when I contested, they did not have to do anything. It looked like I am a liar. The game only wants to make me spend more on this game

There is a person on our server who keeps on abusing and threatening everyone on world chat and in mails too. He has even abused me and being a female I qm really hurt and mentally disturbed because of his illegitimate behaviour. Evony would try to maintain a healthy environment and for females they should really do something. Such kind of people those keep on troubling others shouldn't be allowed to login or get access to their accounts. Please ban such kind of people.

I am writing to report a user that is constantly using antisemitic, misogonyst, and homophobic speech in world chat. This user is also doxxing other users and spreading any information he obtains in world chat. There have been repeated reports of this harassment, screenshots were provided with all other evidence needed, yet this user has continued to be allowed a platform for his constant hate speech and harassment of other players by direct messaging or world chat. I'm unsure how many users have reported him, but by all accounts they are not getting any response from Evony. He is creating a toxic environment on his server, at best. Many players have left the game entirely due to his abuse. It is clear that Evony either does not prioritize inclusivity and safety, or these complaints are not getting to the right people. The server he is on is 823. He likely has multiple accounts, but the main one he uses is user ID [protected], username LAZAROU.

Ongoing, Server 792 Account is Kali's Wrath. Please stop food rss draining.

I may quit if not resolved. Please fix this ongoing problem. Thanks.

I constantly say multiple times per day that "I don't want to see this ad" and select "Repetitive". I've been doing it for months, I even set my ad preferences to ZERO game ads and you still harass me. Just Stop Already. After having to file complaints for so long I've taken a screen shot every time I request to stop seeing this ad. The more I see it the more I don't want to play it. It's also falsely advertising itself as a pin pull game when in actuality it's not.

When I try to play Evony it keeps saying loading, loading, an then starts all over again an says loading and once an awhile it will let me play but as soon as I try to leave the castle it goes to the white screen an then I have to keep trying to get into the game... please help with this... I really like playing the game an I spend good money with them
