Liars!
I have ordered a dress and the one I received was too big, so I contacted Evine customer service and they agreed to send me a replacement. So I sent the wrong one back but still did not get anything! Contacted them and asked what was going on and they claimed that they did not received anything yet. I sent the dress back via USPS and when I called them I was told that Evine received the package a long time ago. But these guys keep saying that there was nothing! Liars! When I asked for a refund they refused. Avoid this scam!
Shipping scam
Well, long story short. I bought several items from Evine website. I paid extra money to receive my items in 2 days. But they shipped my products in a cheapest and slowest way! I received my things only two days later. The worst part was that they shipped everything (three items) separately! Later I received a message from them stating that I owe them money for two shippings. What a joke. Of course I paid, because I did not want any problems in future, and I hate when I owe someone! Avoid this scam business!
This site has a total shipping scam going on. It gets better when they have a mentally challenged individual call from the office of the President call you. Joke !
they didn't return my money back
When I ordered from the website www.evine.com, it was mentioned that the order was in stock. But 3 days later, they informed me that the order was out of stock. When I asked what I needed to do then, they didn’t respond. Now they ignore my messages and cancelled the order at all. I recently asked to return my money back, but they didn’t react to my emails and messages. No idea what measures to take now.

I bought some products from the company www.evine.com. It was real disaster. I waited for my items within 2 months, and when I finally got the parcel, I was shocked. The items looked completely different as it was shown in ads and on the website. All my attempts to return the items failed, because the seller ignored my messages and emails. Avoid them at all costs!
