Avoid this company! They do not care about the customer what so ever. Purchased 7 piece set of skinn cosmetics and used it for 5 days. My eyes burned every time I removed my makeup so I decided to return it. Looking for the label to return the product I noticed a prop 65 warning: this product contains a chemical known to the state of california to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. I could not believe my eyes! I would have never made the purchase if they had disclosed the fact that using it may cause cancer and other horrifying health risks. I am still in disbelief.

When I called the customer service line of course no one was there to speak to after hours. The following day I had a so called supervisor call me back. She left a phone number and said I could talk to any supervisor. The phone number was just an automated system and it was impossible to get a live person. I called the ordering line and of course was able to talk to someone. I had to have them transfer me to a supervisor. Apparently the only time you are important enough to talk to someone at anytime is if you are making a purchase.

I explained the problem and advised that I refuse to pay to return the item and refuse to pay for the shipping for receiving the item. I was told that they disclosed what they had to by law. She said that there was just a small amount of the chemical. Like that makes a difference! They refused to refund any shipping what so ever! I even asked for the supervisor's, supervisor and was still told, in a very uncaring tone, that there was nothing they could do.

Do not buy skinn cosmetics without knowing that it contains a chemical that is known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm

Avoid evine all together

I have ordered a dress and the one I received was too big, so I contacted Evine customer service and they agreed to send me a replacement. So I sent the wrong one back but still did not get anything! Contacted them and asked what was going on and they claimed that they did not received anything yet. I sent the dress back via USPS and when I called them I was told that Evine received the package a long time ago. But these guys keep saying that there was nothing! Liars! When I asked for a refund they refused. Avoid this scam!

Well, long story short. I bought several items from Evine website. I paid extra money to receive my items in 2 days. But they shipped my products in a cheapest and slowest way! I received my things only two days later. The worst part was that they shipped everything (three items) separately! Later I received a message from them stating that I owe them money for two shippings. What a joke. Of course I paid, because I did not want any problems in future, and I hate when I owe someone! Avoid this scam business!
