I have subscribed for essence of argan free trial and ordered some oil from this website. My order arrived in a timely manner and I was pretty satisfied with my products.
About two weeks later they charged me $20 for who knows what and when I contacted customer service they said that after 15 days they automatically sign you for a membership. I asked them to cancel my account but they did not reply. Later I was charged again. Had to contact my bank and block these clowns from further charges.
Yes, maybe that was my mistake that I did not read their policies, but come on, I asked them to cancel my subscription and I did not even ask to refund the money! But they charged me again! Terrible scam! Avoid like a plague!

The promo of "FREE" is a lil bit confusing if you will not carefully read and understand their policy.
i am currently enrolled to their promo, I've had the chance to avail the argan oil at 29.99$ every 60 days .

The verdict about the product? amazing! no worries for the numbers added to my age.

My son got me this on my birthday as a gift. I was so excited to use it, and it never disappoints. I kept using this for quite a while now. I am thankful to my son! Down to my 3rd bottle, and loving it!

I am a psoriasis patient..In 2018 i had scaly skin due to that skin problem, i’ve tried almost all products but sadly nothing suits on my skin. Then i saw Essence of Argan, i’ve tried their FREE trial, i assume it was just a sample but after 2 weeks, I was surprised that they charged me $88. I called their cs support, they explained all charges which i assume was a scam. I admit it was my mistake for not reading their “terms and conditions”. An expensive product but I am satisfied with the result no need to take medicines, unlike cheap products with side effects in the long run. . .upto this date, i am still using argan oil and was enrolled to their Dollar a Day promo, wherein they gave me a 70% lifetime discount with freebies, hassle free on my part, i could personalize my billing cycle and no lock in contract.

My story with Essence of Argan product when I decided to used this last year June 2018 and until now I'm still using the Essence of Argan and still the product keeps helping me to return my young skin. this product is very useful because last January I joined a program lets say a pageant and I won the title for that pageant. This product is very useful to me and effected indeed the result beyond your expectations. At first I was afraid that I can't continue using this product but once I called the customer service they give me a discounted price and a promotion. And until now I am still subscribed for their monthly subscription called dollar a day promo which is you can also get a free gift which is some cosmetics product. And the free gift I kept that because when we have a occasion one of the free gifts from Argan oil is the one I wrapped and give it to my family family members or friends. I keep continue using this product. Affordable price plus you can see the results after a week of using this.

Argan oil is very effective to me actually about the trial thing is not hard to understand. All you can do is to read the terms and conditions while ordering online products. I gave them a call and I actually enrolled for a monthly shipment for the Argan oil with a free gift this is the best product that suits my skin. Believe me or not argan oil is very effective to me and I can see the results within a week. This is the best I will continue using this product.

Well, guys all you need to do is read the terms and conditions and understand what you are ordering. I placed my trial order a month ago since I want to make my skin smoother and luckily I found argan oil and without a doubt registered for their free trial. I was aware of the policy since i've read it and aware that it was a free trial not free sample. it was actually great experience because within one week I see result onto my skin. so before my trial end I call them back to enroll for monthly subscription. lucky me I talked to an agent and gave me a 50% discount for the product essence of argan plus they also gave me free gift.

My story with Idrotherapy company started when I wanted to make my mom happy and order it for her, I got an email under my promotions Tab highlighting this Free trial offer. Of course like everyone, I thought to myself, I won't loose anything if I pay only 6 Dollars. So I placed the order successfully and everything was so smooth, until I received an email with their terms in fine prints. Upon reading, I saw that within 16 days I will be enrolled to a monthly subscription of 100 dollars a month or so. I panicked and I immediately decided to call, but all lines were busy or not working (could not figure out) so I left a VM. The next day one of their agents called me to follow up and I told her that I wanted to cancel but she said that my order was shipped already, she extended my trial period with 3 more weeks and advised me to try and return even if empty ! or simply to get some Return number and return it immediately. Upon getting it, I gave it to my mom to try it out as I believed if I can return it empty why not try it and check it out. My mom applied it twice a day for 2 weeks and she was satisfied, so I called to check if there is a possibility to get a one-time order whenever we want. and Yes! it was possible if you pay the full price and we were okay with it. but the Agent there offered us a 50% discount with the possibility to get one supply every 6 months which was fine by us . so We enrolled. Now whenever we need we simply call them to ship another supply with that discount. You can use a prepaid card if you want to avoid many billings but if you can really follow up on all your offers and orders like me then giving your CC would be fine. It would be a personal choice. Just read everything before you just sign. I was lucky enough to read it in their first email. Good luck

The same thing happened to me! I opted for the 'free trial' for Idrotherapy and Essence of Argan. Suddenly I had 3 very expensive transactions in my bank account (I don't even know how they have that information!) - in the name of Renxyl.com (for Idrotherapy) and in the name of Wrinkle Health Company (for Essence of Argan). Neither received approval or authorisation from me for additional orders or deductions. I 'chatted' with Idrotherapy's help desk tonight requesting immediate cancellation and have sent a Facebook message to Essence of Argan. I'm waiting to see whether either has any affect! I will attempt to block both companies from my bank account now.

I am usually very alert to scams but admit I was conned by this one. my (new) wife encouraged me to order a free sample (only had to pay the postage) for “try-arganoil, dublin”, yes the sample arrived but so did subsequent charges to my account. they had illegally taken out amounts of around $135 and $123 (as well as the postage for the ‘free’ sample amounting to $9.53.in total I paid for three lots (including the free sample) but received only two. so I was doublably scammed. to make matters worse, this company obviously passed on my bankcard details to a fellow scammer (or the same scammer using another product and business name) whom sent and charged my account as “idrotherapy skin charleville” despite never been in contact with them at all. they deducted two lots of around $150 each for a skin cream not ordered. I am only sorry I didn’t read this particular website before purchasing this ‘free sample’.
All the advice given above is correct – the only way to stop this is to contact your bank and lodge a formal complaint re fraud. the bank will process a claim for refund but basically relies on the honesty of the scammer who scammed to return the monies! what chances might I have? very little. all we can therefore do is to stop further deductions by cancelling the card, with little chance of recovering what we have had taken out.
The arganoil scam is difficult to pursue criminally as they were willingly provided with my credit card details. however, the idrotherapy skin is fraudulent (and criminal) as no communication or authorization had been given to use my credit card. hence the physical shipping supplier (for both suppliers) is shown as fulfillment center, 22-24 wonderland drive, eastern creek, nsw 2766 although I suspect are separate and independent, nevertheless they are complicit in committing a fraud and should be subject to a breach of the nsw crimes act – an official police complaint in the nsw jurisdiction is being considered

To everybody here : i was a victim myself of this crappy company practices, they will take adventage from your desire of looking younger and prettier, me and my husband *a police officer, have deeply investigated the company who sell the products, the name of the owner is kelly o’shea and the name of the company he handles and which distribute the product is streamline efficiency* what they sell you is the bottle, products are just water and toothpaste, the same toothpaste he used to sell before on his old company, plese review: bill mccollum (R)
Tallahassee, fla. (Legal newsline) – florida’s attorney general has filed a lawsuit alleging deceptive marketing practices against a miami company that placed customers on a monthly subscription program without the customers’ knowledge.
Advanced wellness research, inc. , company president nicolas molina and nice president michael trimarco, and related company netalab corp. , and its owner kelly o’shea, are charged with offering free trials of products such as acai berry supplements and whitening toothpaste.
Customers that received the free trials were then not provided with reasonable notice that they would be charged approximately $80 per month for other products that they did not intend to purchase.
Investigators into advanced wellness research, inc. , believed that the president and vice president of the company, after becoming aware of the investigation into their business practices, sold the business to kelly o’shea, who created netalab corp. , as a new entity. The investigators alleged that netalab corp. , continued using the unfair and deceptive trade practices that were first started by advanced wellness.
More than 700 complaints against the companies led to the attorney general’s economic crimes division to investigate the businesses. The complaints state that consumers who attempted to cancel the continuation program were not able to contact the company that sold them the products.
Attorney general bill mccollum’s lawsuit is seeking injunctive relief against the defendants and to prohibit them from further business activities that would be in violation of florida’s deceptive and unfair trade practices act.
The lawsuit also seeks restitution on behalf of all consumers victimized by the businesses’ actions as well as civil penalties of $10, 000 for each violation and reimbursement for fees and costs related to the investigation.
This rat have been doing this bad practice trough the years just that he changes the name of the companies periodically¡¡¡ what a piece of…
You can easily have your money back as i did, just by filling up a claim dispute with my bank, other thing you can also do, is just cancel your credit card right now¡¡ before is too late¡¡
Now if you call to return the product they will try just to sell you the bottle, by offering discounts, if you dont accept they will tell you that you will have to pay $9.99.. Dont even give them a cent, there is not even need to return the bottle, just asked them to cancel the account and then set the alert directly with your bank, this is the best thing you can do, to get rid off this¡¡
