Does not mention that you'll be getting a full-size product, not a free sample, and that after a 7-day free trial, they would be charging your credit card with over AU$100 per item, and you would be enrolled in a monthly programme.
However, I wish to report that after I'd sent them an email, they gave me an 1800 number to ring, and offered me either a refund which would incur a US $9.99 handling charge per item, plus postage costs, or they would let me have the products for US$50 off the eye cream and US$44.40 off the oil. As I was pleased with the product, but not their misleading advertising, or their prices, I happily accepted their offer. They promised to set up the refund right away, and cancel my "subscription"

I purchased this oil for my face not knowing that it can also use for hair. I then decided to put it on the ends of my hair.The result is amazing both on my face and hair.I will recommend this to families and friends.amazing oil!
Regardless of the false advertising, this product really made a huge difference with my wife's skin. We ordered it online and she gave it a try after I think 4 weeks I noticed changes on her skin. Btw, my wife had a dry skin before, but now she more confident and happy.
I tried to order the free trial offer for Essence of Argan. I didn't received the product yet so I contacted their customer support and spoke to one of their representative who are very polite and friendly. They have checked the status of the shipment and had my trial extended up to 30 days. They also explained to me the terms about this trial which I do understood. They gave me discounted price for the trial product because I do like it very much. I also availed to their ongoing promo with free mascara. Great product! I love it.
I saw the advertisement of their FREE TRIAL on facebook, at first i was hesitant so what i did is that i made sure to read their trial offer terms. I have a psoriasis and i have used a lot or products already just to get rid of my psoriasis but nothing helped me really. So i gave ESSENCE OF ARGAN a go, and honestly? 3rd day of my application of the product, i saw the result already! I was able to get a hold of one of their representative and i was fortunate to be offered as much as 70% discount and w/ a free gift! after 3months of using the product, i am fin'ly able to say i am psoriasis free already! and since i dont want to lose the discount i have in my account, i decided to regularly use the essence of argan oil not only on my skin but as well for my hair and face. I just so love and would definitely recommend the product!
I am so lucky I found this amazing argan oil. I've been suffering from skin asthma for few years now and the cream I used was very expensive. I found this ads on facebook and I tried the sample they offer. Luckily I was given discounted price and now I am so happy that the oil normalized the itchiness. I will continue to use this oil, it is very amazing.
I read their promotion in our news paper, I immediately visited their website and carefully read all their conditions and have no problem with it as long I contact them before my trial ends, and that's what I did. Luckily, they gave me a promotion which you can have it for 29.99USd so I agreed, and now, I can say that I'm happy with the products.
Products were great, but they actually need improvement on how they manage their advertisements and also how they process their free trials. Overall, I think because of the products I will give them 4/5 stars! Cheers.
I agree with Steph. I actually experienced the same thing but after I called their hotline regarding with this concern, I'm guilty for not reading the terms and conditions, however, I requested compensation and they gave me free gift every purchase of their products. I'm not against the product that's why I agreed, and argan oil is very effective for my skin.
They will give you attention to this concerns if you will call them. I experienced the same thing but after the customer service representative explained what happened I was enlightened. They even gave me free gift and big discount. They are very easy to deal with.
I signed up for the trial promotion of the Essence of Argan, good thing they have this promo, so I can try first and see if it's gonna work for me. lucky me! It worked and I love it. I use it as a replacement for all the moisturizers I have been using. this one is good because it's organic, no chemicals on my face and skin. a bit pricey but they offer me a great discount so I can enjoy the product more. I would really recommend the product.
I signed up for a trial of Argan oil and I have my first charged for the trial. I called straight away the company and spoke to the CSR. It was well explained the TERMS AND CONDITION. They said they sent me an email for all the necessary information and checked it. Yes, they sent me all the information via email for me to be guided. I admitted to missed reading the TERMS and CONDITION while placing the trial. My negligence for not reading the Terms and Condition is not a valid excuse for me to hate the company. I fully understood what happened. Price aside the Argan Oil is really good a great moisturizer and it does wonders for my stretch marks. Lucky me that the Essence of Argan has a Promotion called DAD for $29.99 and I can personalize my cycle billing. I am now enrolled to DAD promotion every 2 months plus they gave me a free gift of Lipgloss. Greate Company with Great products. Thumbs up for Essence of Argan Oil.
PS. Don't blame the company for the charges may be taken from your account as a consumer it is our responsibility to read the Terms and Condition for us to be guided especially when we order it online.

I have ordered this trial product. It does mentioned on their terms and conditions 14 days trial and not 7 days. They actually sent email confirmations. I received an order confirmation on the day I ordered it where I can find also the terms and I received another email asking me if I enjoyed the product. I haven't received the product within the 5-7 days time delivery it might be that there was a delay at that time from the courier 's side but I was able to contact their customer support and ask help for the whereabouts of my essence of argan trial. The representative gave me the the tracking number so I can track it myself to the LPO website and they gave me trial extension for 30 days. they were actually polite and clearly explained to me about the trial that I ordered. They also gave me discounted price for me to continue. Therefore, I can't say this is false advertising because they provided us customers the information and emailed it to us also they have 24/7 customer support open for us to call them immediately.
They'd easily cancel right away if customer would do their part to atleast contact them once and request for a cancellation. They did the same for me, i was still in trial and i was able to contact them prior to the end of my trial period and i am fortunate to be offered as much as 70% discount w/ free gift because i was able to abide into their terms and conditions.
