esewa.com.np is not a good website to use. Their customer service is terrible. I asked them to make some changes to my account, but it took them four months to do it. And when they finally did it, they didn't even make the changes I asked for. It was like they didn't even read my request. I'm very disappointed with their service. I recently signed up for esewa about 10 days ago, but unfortunately, my KYC has yet to be verified. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their customer service center, I have not received a solution to this issue. It's quite inconvenient and disheartening. The customer service representatives I spoke with seemed to lack experience and knowledge about the product and service they offer. Their responses were nonsensical and unhelpful. I must say, I am quite disappointed with their lack of product knowledge and service commitment. It's a real letdown!

I attempted to transfer money from my bank account to my esewa id, but the amount was deducted from my bank account without being reflected in my esewa id. I called customer service multiple times on different dates, but it wasn't until I spoke with a lady that I was informed that I had correctly transferred the money to my esewa id. However, due to some technical problem, it might take some time for the transfer to be reflected in my account.

I waited patiently for 8 days, but the money was still not reflected in my esewa id, nor was it reverted to my bank account. I even wrote 5 emails to their customer support team, but I didn't receive a response to any of them.

As a result of this experience, I have decided to switch to IMEpay. While I appreciate the convenience of esewa, their lack of response and inability to resolve my issue has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope that they can improve their customer support in the future to avoid similar issues for other customers.
